PLXDC2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein plexin domain containing 2, which is encoded by the PLXDC2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is believed to play a role in tumor angiogenesis. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 529 residues, a mass of 59.6 kDa, and is a member of the Plexin protein family. It is known to be localized in the membrane and is reported to be expressed in the endothelial cells of the stroma but not in the endothelial cells of normal colonic tissue. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include 1200007L24Rik, tumor endothelial marker 7-related protein, and plexin domain-containing protein 2.
Some PLXDC2 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 15.625 pg/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
