ATRX ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ATRX chromatin remodeler, which is encoded by the ATRX gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in transcriptional regulation and chromatin remodeling. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 2492 residues, a mass of 282.6 kDa, and is a member of the SNF2/RAD54 helicase protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. As many as 6 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated. The ATRX gene has been associated with the disease, Alpha-thalassemia/impaired intellectual development syndrome. Other alias names for this target include MRX52, RAD54, RAD54L, XH2, XNP, ZNF-HX, transcriptional regulator ATRX, and JMS.
Some ATRX ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 15 ng/L and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
