ARHGDIB ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein Rho GDP dissociation inhibitor beta, which is encoded by the ARHGDIB gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to regulate the GDP/GTP exchange reaction of the Rho proteins by inhibiting the dissociation of GDP from them, and the subsequent binding of GTP to them. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 201 residues, a mass of 23 kDa, and is a member of the Rho GDI protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm and is notably expressed in bone marrow, thymus and spleen. Other alias names for this target include GDIA2, GDID4, LYGDI, Ly-GDI, RAP1GN1, RhoGDI2, rho GDP-dissociation inhibitor 2, and D4.
Some ARHGDIB ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 15 ng/L and as high as 40 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
