S1PR3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor 3, which is encoded by the S1PR3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known receptor for the lysosphingolipid sphingosine 1-phosphate (S1P). The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 378 residues, a mass of 42.3 kDa, and is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane and is reported to be expressed in all tissues, but most abundantly in heart, placenta, kidney, and liver. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include C9orf47, EDG-3, EDG3, LPB3, S1P3, and C9orf108.
Some S1PR3 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 15 ng/L and as high as 100 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
