ARL6 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ADP ribosylation factor like GTPase 6, which is encoded by the ARL6 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in membrane protein trafficking at the base of the ciliary organelle. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 186 residues, a mass of 21.1 kDa, and is a member of the Arf protein family. It is known to be localized in the membrane, cell projections, and cytoplasm. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The ARL6 gene has been associated with the disease, Bardet-Biedl syndrome. Other alias names for this target include ADP-ribosylation factor-like protein 6 and Bardet-Biedl syndrome 3 protein.
Some ARL6 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.313 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
