Great anti-NAT1 antibody

We study drug metabolism and are trying to understand if N-acetyltransferase 1 is a candidate acetylase for our compound of interest. We knockouted NAT1 from HEK293T cells and used this anti-NAT1 antibody to validate the successful gene deletion and found out that NAT1 is not the compound acetylase. But this antibody works well!
