NXF1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein nuclear RNA export factor 1, which is encoded by the NXF1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be involved in nuclear export of mRNA species bearing retroviral constitutive transport elements (CTE) and in the export of mRNA from the nucleus to the cytoplasm (TAP/NFX1 pathway). The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 619 residues, a mass of 70.2 kDa, and is a member of the NXF protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include TAP, mRNA export factor TAP, tip associating protein, tip-associated protein, and MEX67.
There are NXF1 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 15.625 pg/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
