LTBR ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein lymphotoxin beta receptor, which is encoded by the LTBR gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known receptor for the heterotrimeric lymphotoxin containing LTA and LTB, and for TNFS14/LIGHT. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 435 residues and a mass of 46.7 kDa. It is known to be localized in the membrane. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include LT-BETA-R, TNF-R-III, TNFCR, TNFR-RP, TNFR2-RP, TNFR3, TNFRSF3, and D12S370.
There are LTBR ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 4.5 pg/mL and as high as 40 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
