ITGAV ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein integrin subunit alpha V, which is encoded by the ITGAV gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in angiogenesis and the apoptotic pathway. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 1048 residues, a mass of 116 kDa, and is a member of the Integrin alpha chain protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include MSK8, VNRA, VTNR, integrin alpha-V, antigen identified by monoclonal antibody L230, and CD51.
Some ITGAV ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 5 ng/L and as high as 400 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
