DAB2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein DAB adaptor protein 2, which is encoded by the DAB2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a reported adaptor protein that functions as clathrin-associated sorting protein (CLASP) required for clathrin-mediated endocytosis of selected cargo proteins. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 770 residues and a mass of 82.4 kDa. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasmic vesicles and cytoplasm and is reported to be expressed in deep invaginations, inclusion cysts and the surface epithelial cells of the ovary. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include DOC2, DAB2, clathrin adaptor protein, Dab, mitogen-responsive phosphoprotein, homolog 2, adaptor molecule disabled-2, and DOC-2.
There are DAB2 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
