CXCR2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein C-X-C motif chemokine receptor 2, which is encoded by the CXCR2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known receptor for interleukin-8 which is a powerful neutrophil chemotactic factor. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 360 residues, a mass of 40.8 kDa, and is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated, cleaved and phosphorylated. The CXCR2 gene has been associated with the disease, WHIM syndrome. Other alias names for this target include CDw128b, CMKAR2, IL8R2, IL8RA, IL8RB, WHIMS2, C-X-C chemokine receptor type 2, and CD182.
Some CXCR2 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 31.2 pg/mL and as high as 100 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
