CCND3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein cyclin D3, which is encoded by the CCND3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a reported regulatory component of the cyclin D3-CDK4 (DC) complex that phosphorylates and inhibits members of the retinoblastoma (RB) protein family including RB1 and regulates the cell-cycle during G(1)/S transition. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 292 residues, a mass of 32.5 kDa, and is a member of the Cyclin protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm. As many as 4 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally ubiquitinated and phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include G1/S-specific cyclin-D3 and D3-type cyclin.
The detection range for different CCND3 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 12.5 pg/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
