These Wilms Tumor 1 ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of Wilms Tumor 1 in biological samples. Wilms Tumor 1 is an alias of the human WT1 gene, which encodes the protein, WT1 transcription factor. Notably, Wilms Tumor 1 is known to play a role in eye development and epithelial cell differentiation, among other functions. The WT1 protein is described to be 449 amino acid residues in length and 49.2 kilodaltons in mass. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is reported to be expressed in the kidney and a subset of hematopoietic cells. Other names for this target antigen include AWT1, GUD, and NPHS4.
Some Wilms Tumor 1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 15.6 pg/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
