The following hyaluronidase 4 ELISA kits are useful research tools for the measurement of hyaluronidase 4 in biological samples. In humans this protein is encoded by the HYAL4 gene. This protein is a reported endo-hyaluronidase that degrades hyaluronan to smaller oligosaccharide fragments. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 481 residues, a mass of 54.2 kDa, and is a member of the Glycosyl hydrolase 56 protein family. Its subcellular location is known to be in the membrane. In addition, it is notably expressed in placenta and skeletal muscle. In certain instances, it is also post-translationally glycosylated. This protein may also be known as chondroitin sulfate endo-beta-N-acetylgalactosaminidase, chondroitin sulfate hydrolase, hyaluronoglucosaminidase 4, and CSHY.
Some hyaluronidase 4 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Use the search filters to narrow your search and click on the ELISA kits below for more detailed information, such as reactivity and assay sensitivity.
