PRXL2A ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein peroxiredoxin like 2A, which is encoded by the PRXL2A gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in redox regulation of the cell. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 229 residues, a mass of 25.8 kDa, and is a member of the Peroxiredoxin-like PRXL2 protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm and is secreted and is reported to be expressed in CSF1 and TNFSF11-stimulated CD14(+) peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs). As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include UPF0765 protein C10orf58, family with sequence similarity 213 member A, peroxiredoxin (PRX)-like 2 activated in M-CSF stimulated monocytes, and Adiporedoxin.
There are PRXL2A ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 78 pg/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
