H2AC6 ELISA Kits

H2AC6 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein H2A clustered histone 6, which is encoded by the H2AC6 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is an important component of nucleosome. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 130 residues, a mass of 14.1 kDa, and is a member of the Histone H2A protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and chromosomes. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally ubiquitinated, acetylated and phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include H2AFL, HIST1H2AC, dJ221C16.4, histone H2A type 1-C, H2A histone family, member L, and H2A/l.

The detection range for different H2AC6 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
