KEAP1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein kelch like ECH associated protein 1, which is encoded by the KEAP1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be a substrate-specific adapter of a BCR (BTB-CUL3-RBX1) E3 ubiquitin ligase complex that regulates the response to oxidative stress by targeting NFE2L2/NRF2 for ubiquitination. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 624 residues, a mass of 69.7 kDa, and is a member of the KEAP1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is widely expressed across many tissues, with highest levels in skeletal muscle. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally ubiquitinated and phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include KLHL19, KEAP1 delta C, cytosolic inhibitor of Nrf2, kelch-like family member 19, kelch-like protein 19, and INrf2.
The detection range for different KEAP1 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 2 ng/L and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
