RAD54L ELISA Kits

RAD54L ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein RAD54 like, which is encoded by the RAD54L gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to play an important role in homologous recombination (HR) which is a major pathway for repairing DNA double-strand breaks (DSBs), single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) gaps, and stalled or collapsed replication forks. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 747 residues, a mass of 84.4 kDa, and is a member of the SNF2/RAD54 helicase protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally acetylated and phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include RAD54A, hHR54, hRAD54, DNA repair and recombination protein RAD54-like, RAD54 homolog, and HR54.
