DEPP1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein DEPP autophagy regulator 1, which is encoded by the DEPP1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to act as a critical modulator of FOXO3-induced autophagy via increased cellular ROS. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 212 residues and a mass of 23.4 kDa. It is known to be localized in the mitochondria and cytoplasm and is reported to be expressed in various tissues, including pancreas, placenta, ovary, testis and kidney. Other alias names for this target include DEPP, FIG, Fseg, protein DEPP1, DEPP1 autophagy regulator, and C10orf10.
Some DEPP1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
