SLC30A10 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein solute carrier family 30 member 10, which is encoded by the SLC30A10 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be a calcium:manganese antiporter of the plasma membrane mediating the efflux of intracellular manganese coupled to an active extracellular calcium exchange. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 485 residues, a mass of 52.7 kDa, and is a member of the Cation diffusion facilitator (CDF) transporter (TC 2.A.4) protein family. It is known to be localized in the golgi and cell membrane and is notably expressed in fetal liver and fetal brain. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. The SLC30A10 gene has been associated with the disease, Hypermanganesemia with dystonia. Other alias names for this target include manganese transporter SLC30A10, zinc resistance conferring homolog, zinc transporter 8, and calcium/manganese antiporter SLC30A10.
There are SLC30A10 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.15 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
