MSL1 ELISA Kits

MSL1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein MSL complex subunit 1, which is encoded by the MSL1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be a component of histone acetyltransferase complex responsible for the majority of histone H4 acetylation at 'Lys-16' (H4K16ac) which is implicated in the formation of higher-order chromatin structure. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 614 residues, a mass of 67.1 kDa, and is a member of the Msl-1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally sumoylated. Other alias names for this target include MSL1-like 1, male specific lethal 1 homolog, male-specific lethal 1-like 1, male-specific lethal-1 homolog 1, and male-specific lethal 1 homolog.
