SH3BP5 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein SH3 domain binding protein 5, which is encoded by the SH3BP5 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to function as guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) with specificity for RAB11A and RAB25. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 455 residues, a mass of 50.4 kDa, and is a member of the SH3BP5 protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasmic vesicles, mitochondria, and membrane and is reported to be highly expressed in testis and ovaries. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include SH3 domain-binding protein that preferentially associates with BTK, SH3-domain binding protein 5 (BTK-associated), and SAB.
The detection range for different SH3BP5 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.313 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
