JPT1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein Jupiter microtubule associated homolog 1, which is encoded by the JPT1 gene in humans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 154 residues, a mass of 16 kDa, and is a member of the JUPITER protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is reported to be expressed in testis, skeletal muscle, thymus, prostate, colon, peripheral blood cells, brain and placenta. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include HN1, HN1A, androgen-regulated protein 2, hematological and neurological expressed 1 protein, and ARM2.
The detection range for different JPT1 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 31.25 pg/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
