MMP25 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein matrix metallopeptidase 25, which is encoded by the MMP25 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is believed to activate progelatinase A. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 562 residues, a mass of 62.6 kDa, and is a member of the Peptidase M10A protein family. It is known to be localized in the extracellular matrix and cell membrane and is reported to be highly expressed in leukocytes, lung and spleen. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally cleaved. Other alias names for this target include leukolysin, matrix metallopeptidase-like 1, matrix metalloproteinase 20, matrix metalloproteinase-like 1, and matrix metalloproteinase-25.
There are MMP25 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 62.5 pg/mL and as high as 4000 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
