ETAA1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ETAA1 activator of ATR kinase, which is encoded by the ETAA1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in DNA damage pathways and DNA repair. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 926 residues and a mass of 103.4 kDa. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and is notably expressed at high levels in the brain, liver kidney and Ewing tumor cell lines. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include ewing's tumor-associated antigen 1, ETAA1, ATR kinase activator, Ewing tumor associated antigen 1, ewing's tumor-associated antigen 16, and ETAA16.
Some ETAA1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 78 pg/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
