MPZL1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein myelin protein zero like 1, which is encoded by the MPZL1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in cell to cell signaling. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 269 residues, a mass of 29.1 kDa, and is a member of the Myelin P0 protein family. It is known to be localized in the membrane and is reported to be widely expressed with highest levels in heart, placenta, kidney and pancreas. As many as 5 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally N-glycosylated and phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include PZR, PZR1b, PZRa, PZRb, myelin protein zero-like protein 1, and MPZL1b.
Some MPZL1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 15.625 pg/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
