PRUNE2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein prune homolog 2 with BCH domain, which is encoded by the PRUNE2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is believed to play an important role in regulating differentiation, survival and aggressiveness of the tumor cells. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 3088 residues, a mass of 340.6 kDa, and is a member of the PPase class C protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm. As many as 5 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include BCH motif-containing molecule at the carboxyl terminal region 1, BNIP2 motif containing molecule at the carboxyl terminal region 1, BNIP2 motif-containing molecule at the C-terminal region 1, and protein prune homolog 2.
Some PRUNE2 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 78 pg/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
