RPP38 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ribonuclease P/MRP subunit p38, which is encoded by the RPP38 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be a component of ribonuclease P, a ribonucleoprotein complex that generates mature tRNA molecules by cleaving their 5'-ends. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 283 residues, a mass of 31.8 kDa, and is a member of the Eukaryotic ribosomal protein eL8 protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus. Other alias names for this target include RNaseP protein p38, ribonuclease P/MRP 38kDa subunit, and ribonuclease P protein subunit p38.
There are RPP38 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.313 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
