SCYL3 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein SCY1 like pseudokinase 3, which is encoded by the SCYL3 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is believed to play a role in regulating cell adhesion/migration complexes in migrating cells. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 742 residues, a mass of 82.9 kDa, and is a member of the Protein kinase protein superfamily. It is known to be localized in the golgi and cytoplasm and is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally myristoylated and phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include SCY1-like 3, SCY1-like protein 3, SCY1-like, kinase-like 3, ezrin-binding partner PACE-1 (PACE-1), ezrin-binding protein PACE-1, and protein-associating with the carboxyl-terminal domain of ezrin.
There are SCYL3 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
