ZMIZ1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein zinc finger MIZ-type containing 1, which is encoded by the ZMIZ1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to act as transcriptional coactivator. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 1067 residues and a mass of 115.5 kDa. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is noted to be expressed most abundantly in ovary and, at lower levels, in prostate, spleen and testis. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. The ZMIZ1 gene has been associated with the disease, Neurodevelopmental disorder with dysmorphic facies and distal skeletal anomalies. Other alias names for this target include retinoic acid induced 17, zinc finger-containing, Miz1, PIAS-like protein on chromosome 10, and zinc finger MIZ domain-containing protein 1.
Some ZMIZ1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
