RNASE13 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ribonuclease A family member 13 (inactive), which is encoded by the RNASE13 gene in humans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 156 residues, a mass of 17.8 kDa, and is a member of the Pancreatic ribonuclease protein family. It is known to be secreted. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include epididymis secretory sperm binding protein Li 86p, ribonuclease 13, ribonuclease A L1, ribonuclease, RNase A family, 13 (non-active), and probable inactive ribonuclease-like protein 13.
There are RNASE13 ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
