TLE1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein TLE family member 1, transcriptional corepressor, which is encoded by the TLE1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to be a transcriptional corepressor that binds to a number of transcription factors. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 770 residues, a mass of 83.2 kDa, and is a member of the WD repeat Groucho/TLE protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally ubiquitinated and phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include ESG1, GRG1, transducin-like enhancer protein 1, enhancer of split groucho-like protein 1, transducin like enhancer of split 1, and ESG.
Some TLE1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
