The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 752 residues and a mass of 85.9 kDa. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and is reported to be expressed in a variety of lymphoid and solid tumor lines cultured in vitro. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported.
