ZFYVE21 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein zinc finger FYVE-type containing 21, which is encoded by the ZFYVE21 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is reported to play a role in in cell adhesion, and thereby in cell motility which requires repeated formation and disassembly of focal adhesions. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 234 residues and a mass of 26.5 kDa. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasmic vesicles. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include FYVE domain containing 21, HCV p7-transactivated protein 1, zinc finger, FYVE domain containing 21, and zinc finger FYVE domain-containing protein 21.
Some ZFYVE21 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
