CCR4 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein C-C motif chemokine receptor 4, which is encoded by the CCR4 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a high affinity receptor for the C-C type chemokines CCL17/TARC, CCL22/MDC and CKLF isoform 1/CKLF1. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 360 residues, a mass of 41.4 kDa, and is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated and glycosylated. Other alias names for this target include CD194, CKR4, CMKBR4, ChemR13, HGCN:14099, K5-5, C-C chemokine receptor type 4, and CC-CKR-4.
Some CCR4 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 78 pg/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
