HSPH1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein heat shock protein family H (Hsp110) member 1, which is encoded by the HSPH1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to act as a nucleotide-exchange factor (NEF) for chaperone proteins HSPA1A and HSPA1B, promoting the release of ADP from HSPA1A/B thereby triggering client/substrate protein release. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 858 residues, a mass of 96.9 kDa, and is a member of the Heat shock protein 70 protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm and is reported to be highly expressed in testis. As many as 4 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include HSP105A, HSP105B, NY-CO-25, heat shock protein 105 kDa, antigen NY-CO-25, and HSP105.
The detection range for different HSPH1 ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 100 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
