The following ataxin 2 like ELISA kits are useful research tools for the measurement of ataxin 2 like in biological samples. In humans this protein is encoded by the ATXN2L gene. This protein is reported to be involved in regulation of stress granule and P-body formation. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 1075 residues, a mass of 113.4 kDa, and is a member of the Ataxin-2 protein family. Its subcellular location is known to be in the membrane, nucleus, and cytoplasm. In addition, it is notably expressed at high levels in thymus, lymph node, spleen, fetal kidney and adult testis. As many as 9 protein isoforms have been reported. In certain instances, it is also post-translationally methylated and phosphorylated. This protein may also be known as A2LG, A2LP, A2RP, ataxin-2-like protein, ataxin 2 related protein, ataxin-2 domain protein, and A2D.
Some ataxin 2 like ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.313 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Use the search filters to narrow your search and click on the ELISA kits below for more detailed information, such as reactivity and assay sensitivity.
