EIF3J ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein eukaryotic translation initiation factor 3 subunit J, which is encoded by the EIF3J gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is a known component of the eukaryotic translation initiation factor 3 (eIF-3) complex, which is required for several steps in the initiation of protein synthesis. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 258 residues, a mass of 29.1 kDa, and is a member of the EIF-3 subunit J protein family. It is known to be localized in the cytoplasm. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include eIF3-alpha, eIF3-p35, eukaryotic translation initiation factor 3, subunit 1 (alpha, 35kD), and EIF3S1.
There are EIF3J ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
