ARID1B ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein AT-rich interaction domain 1B, which is encoded by the ARID1B gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in transcriptional activation and repression of select genes by chromatin remodeling (alteration of DNA-nucleosome topology). The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 2319 residues and a mass of 243.9 kDa. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and is reported to be widely expressed with high levels in heart, skeletal muscle and kidney. The ARID1B gene has been associated with the disease, Coffin-Siris syndrome. Other alias names for this target include ARID domain-containing protein 1B, AT rich interactive domain 1B (SWI1-like), BRG1-associated factor 250b, BRG1-binding protein ELD/OSA1, and AT-rich interactive domain-containing protein 1B.
There are ARID1B ELISA kits that can detect a target at concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
