roundabout guidance receptor 2 ELISA Kits

The following roundabout guidance receptor 2 ELISA kits are useful research tools for the measurement of roundabout guidance receptor 2 in biological samples. In humans this protein is encoded by the ROBO2 gene. This protein is a known receptor for SLIT2, and probably SLIT1, which are thought to act as molecular guidance cue in cellular migration, including axonal navigation at the ventral midline of the neural tube and projection of axons to different regions during neuronal development. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 1378 residues, a mass of 151.2 kDa, and is a member of the ROBO protein family. Its subcellular location is known to be in the membrane. As many as 3 protein isoforms have been reported. In certain instances, it is also post-translationally glycosylated. The gene encoding this protein has been associated with the disease, Vesicoureteral reflux. This protein may also be known as roundabout homolog 2, roundabout, axon guidance receptor, homolog 2, and SAX3.
