SUZ12 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein SUZ12 polycomb repressive complex 2 subunit, which is encoded by the SUZ12 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in cell proliferation and the regulation of cell differentiation. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 739 residues, a mass of 83.1 kDa, and is a member of the VEFS (VRN2-EMF2-FIS2-SU(Z)12) protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and is notably expressed in breast and colon cancer. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally sumoylated. The SUZ12 gene has been associated with the disease, Imagawa-Matsumoto syndrome. Other alias names for this target include IMMAS, JJAZ1, polycomb protein SUZ12, chET 9 protein, chromatin precipitated E2F target 9 protein, and CHET9.
Some SUZ12 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
