NUMA1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein nuclear mitotic apparatus protein 1, which is encoded by the NUMA1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in cell division and keratinocyte differentiation. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 2115 residues and a mass of 238.3 kDa. As many as 5 protein isoforms have been reported. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally O-glycosylated, ubiquitinated and phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include NUMA, SP-H antigen, centrophilin stabilizes mitotic spindle in mitotic cells, nuclear matrix protein-22, structural nuclear protein, and NMP-22.
Some NUMA1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 31.25 pg/mL and as high as 400 µg/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
