These Beta-Actin ELISA kits are immunodetection tools for measuring the levels of Beta-Actin in biological samples. Beta-Actin is an alias of the human POTEF gene, which encodes the protein, POTE ankyrin domain family member F. The POTEF protein is described to be 1075 amino acid residues in length and 121.4 kilodaltons in mass. It is localized to the cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue specificity, it is reported to be expressed in breast cancer cell lines. Other names for this target antigen include ANKRD26-like family C member 1B, POTE-2 alpha-actin, and beta actin.
Some Beta-Actin ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.1 ng/mL and as high as 100 ng/mL. Click on the following ELISA kits for more detailed information, including target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
