The following mitochondrially encoded NADH 4L dehydrogenase ELISA kits are useful research tools for the measurement of mitochondrially encoded NADH 4L dehydrogenase in biological samples. In humans this protein is encoded by the MT-ND4L gene. This protein is reported to be a core subunit of the mitochondrial membrane respiratory chain NADH dehydrogenase (Complex I) which catalyzes electron transfer from NADH through the respiratory chain, using ubiquinone as an electron acceptor. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 98 residues, a mass of 10.7 kDa, and is a member of the Complex I subunit 4L protein family. Its subcellular location is known to be in the mitochondria. The gene encoding this protein has been associated with the disease, Leber hereditary optic neuropathy. This protein may also be known as MTND4L and NADH dehydrogenase subunit 4L.
Some mitochondrially encoded NADH 4L dehydrogenase ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Use the search filters to narrow your search and click on the ELISA kits below for more detailed information, such as reactivity and assay sensitivity.
