AQP7 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein aquaporin 7, which is encoded by the AQP7 gene in humans. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 342 residues, a mass of 37.2 kDa, and is a member of the MIP/aquaporin (TC 1.A.8) protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane, cytoplasmic vesicles, and cytoplasm and is notably expressed in the sperm head. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include AQPap, GLYCQTL, aquaglyceroporin-7, aquaporin adipose, and AQP7L.
Some AQP7 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.05 ng/mL and as high as 20 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
