DDX19A ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein DEAD-box helicase 19A, which is encoded by the DDX19A gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is an ATP-dependent RNA helicase involved in mRNA export from the nucleus. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 478 residues, a mass of 54 kDa, and is a member of the DEAD box helicase protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm. As many as 2 protein isoforms have been reported. Other alias names for this target include DDX19L, ATP-dependent RNA helicase DDX19A, DDX19-like protein, DEAD (Asp-Glu-Ala-As) box polypeptide 19A, DEAD (Asp-Glu-Ala-Asp) box polypeptide 19A, and DDX19-DDX19L.
Some DDX19A ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
