GBP1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein guanylate binding protein 1, which is encoded by the GBP1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in TNF-mediated cellular signaling pathways and viral immune response. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 592 residues, a mass of 67.9 kDa, and is a member of the GB1/RHD3 GTPase protein family. It is known to be localized in the cell membrane, cytoplasmic vesicles, golgi, cytoplasm, and is secreted. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally ubiquitinated. Other alias names for this target include guanine nucleotide-binding protein 1, guanylate binding protein 1, interferon-inducible, 67kDa, huGBP-1, interferon-induced guanylate-binding protein 1, and hGBP1.
Some GBP1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 15.625 pg/mL and as high as 500 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
