GSTP1 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein glutathione S-transferase pi 1, which is encoded by the GSTP1 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in the cellular response to lipopolysaccharides and nervous system development. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 210 residues, a mass of 23.4 kDa, and is a member of the Pi protein family. It is known to be localized in the nucleus, mitochondria, and cytoplasm. Other alias names for this target include FAEES3, GST3, GSTP, HEL-S-22, PI, glutathione S-transferase P, GST class-pi, and DFN7.
Some GSTP1 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 30 ng/L and as high as 400 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
