CDC42 Binding Protein Kinase Alpha ELISA Kits

The following CDC42 Binding Protein Kinase Alpha ELISA kits are useful research tools for the measurement of CDC42 binding protein kinase alpha in biological samples. In humans this protein is encoded by the CDC42BPA gene. This protein is known to function as a dosage-dependent inducer in mitotic control. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid length of 1732 residues, a mass of 197.3 kDa, and is a member of the MPI phosphatase protein family. Its subcellular location is known to be in the cytoplasm. In addition, it is notably expressed in the heart, brain, skeletal muscle, kidney, and pancreas, with little or no expression in the lung and liver.. As many as 6 protein isoforms have been reported. In certain instances, it is also post-translationally phosphorylated. This protein may also be known as MRCKA, PK428, serine/threonine-protein kinase MRCK alpha, CDC42 binding protein kinase alpha (DMPK-like), and MRCK.

The detection range for different CDC42 Binding Protein Kinase Alpha ELISA kits can vary, with some assays measuring target concentrations as low as 0.156 ng/mL and as high as 10 ng/mL.
