ZFP36L2 ELISA kits are immunoassay tools for the measurement of the protein ZFP36 ring finger protein like 2, which is encoded by the ZFP36L2 gene in humans. Functionally, this protein is known to be involved in TNF-mediated cellular signaling pathways. The canonical protein structure is reported to have an amino acid sequence of 494 residues and a mass of 51.1 kDa. It is known to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm and is notably expressed in the basal epidermal layer, weakly in the suprabasal epidermal layers. The protein has been noted to be post-translationally phosphorylated. Other alias names for this target include ERF-2, ERF2, OOMD13, OZEMA13, RNF162C, TIS11D, mRNA decay activator protein ZFP36L2, and BRF2.
Some ZFP36L2 ELISA kits can detect targets at levels as low as 0.312 ng/mL and as high as 200 ng/mL. Click on the products below for more detailed ELISA kit information, such as target reactivity and assay sensitivity.
